Flavorful and convenient Vinegar Shots
Love these vinegar shots! Good flavor and has all the nutrients I want mixed in.

Game changer
I started drinking this a couple of months ago. I drink one, occasionally two a day, depending on what I eat or how I feel. I noticed that my weight doesn't fluctuate as much as it did before and I also noticed that I don’t have any bloating like I did before. The taste is horrible but worth it. I drink a little water before and after to help with the taste. I also don't take on an empty stomach - it was giving me a headache and making me nauseous, probably because it works so well to empty out the contents of my stomach and lower my blood sugar. So I always make sure I have some food in my stomach before I drink it. I mostly drink it at night because I get home from work late and I no longer have bloating in the morning. Now my husband started drinking it too!

Pros and Cons
Prop - Taste is better then most but still need a glass of water to follow 1 shot easy to travel to work with pre-measured so no big bottle or spoon Con Top 2nd layer of seal is hard to open yellow mix - if on counter or hands will requiring scrubbing to get out for a min Mix is 2 Oz seems a lot from why I used to take as a large spoon full

Good combo. A little pricey.
I bought this by accident when I just wanted acv in convenient containers, but this combination was actually better. I've tried to take turmeric in the past but couldn't stomach it. This made it easy.

Tastes terrible
These taste awful! Also beware if you are sensitive to spicy foods as the cayenne definitely leaves a burn on the way down. I've only managed to get down half of a shot at this point so I cannot say how effective they are just that they taste terrible.

Strong taste
Very bitter. Didn't see any added benefits that would make the taste worth it as it's not an inexpensive item. It may work well for someone who can handle the tangy flavor. Some after taste. No stomach upset.
