I received all the parts properly, but there was no fitting or installation manual included with the product. It would be much easier for customers if the company provided a clear installation guide or instruction leaflet. Product quality seems good, but without a manual, setup becomes confusing.

Unfinished corners and not stable and not look like size shown in image i received very small size with 3 racks

Where do I start? It had broken pieces as you can see in the picture one of the plate dividers was just swinging around. One hole wasn’t even drilled so the bottom rack could not be attached from one corner. Most of the holes that were drilled didn’t have ridges so screws would just slide in and out, you could not tighten them in fact when I tilted it to the side they just slid out and those racks were detached. It was overall such poor quality that it swayed from side to side make at least 60 degree angles I wasn’t even going to attempt to put any utensils on it, it will definitely not be sturdy enough to take the weight off even a cup I’m returning it. The audacity of the seller to charge ₹1200 and then literally send garbage.
