I opened the box last Saturday afternoon to start putting it together, but I discovered that more than half the pieces were missing. I emailed the vendor and they replied within hours, super apologetic, and asked what parts I needed. Since I was missing so many pieces they sent me a whole new bed frame - and it was delivered 4 days later (I'm sure if this didn't happen on a weekend, I'd have had it within 2-3 days). Assembly is very easy, I put it together in less than an hour by myself. All you need are the tools that come with it. It's very sturdy, doesn't move, creak or squeak, and there's plenty of height underneath for storage. The only thing I need to get used to is the leg in the middle of the length of the frame, I keep stubbing my foot on it. But I took another reviewer's advice (her husband broke his toe on it) and ordered a black foam pool noodle and slid it over the leg and it really helps cushion the blow, plus it's camouflaged so it doesn't look bad at all. Overall a great product at such an affordable price. Highly recommend.

After I figured out that the instructions were incorrect for queen size frame, assembly was a breeze. (It showed head and foot in two pieces but for queen they are only one, and it showed way more bolts and nuts than are actually necessary.) The allen wrench they provided worked fine but the other one is a joke; used a decent wrench and tightened everything firmly, I've had no squeaks. I previously had a regular queen frame on 4-in risers. However, although that gave me great storage room underneath, it was not a good configuration with two granddaughters who like to jump on the bed! I got this frame for safety's sake and because of its height. I still use both the mattress and box spring because a high bed is magical. Very pleased with quality, strength, safety, and function with one exception. The traditional bed frame has the legs several inches in from the end of the bed, assumedly to save your toes. This has the legs at the very ends, plus an extra set at halfway up the sides, so watch out. I wrapped them all in thick black foam pipe insulation so I don't scream bloody murder when I run into them! Otherwise the frame is is strong, safe, and allows for plenty of storage underneath. Very happy with it.

But for the fact that the description is correct, my my is it easy to set up very strong and sturdy did I mention affordable? No amount of turning and twisting was able to prove the description wrong, completely noiseless lots of steel slots makes my 20 inch very heavy mattress oh so comfortable also I really love the fact that there are holes to add a head and foot board well made I'm a woman and was able to lift the box myself my husband and I put it together in no time piece of cake I shipped it to Jamaica Island it was well packaged and protected from any damages. 100% recommended

for the pricepoint, this bedframe is absolutely a great deal. i bought a bed (a $300 one, at that) less than 2 months ago with the headboard you can see and it broke last week, so i was extremely frustrated with having to get a new one so soon, but i was pleasantly surprised by this frame. the black iron feels and looks very sturdy and luxury, and it was very easy to assemble. (especially compared to the bed i got 2 months ago.) i was very meticulous about tightening all the connections as tightly as i physically could, but the bolts started to shave down and warp to the point that i am a little bit concerned about how i will get them out when and if i need to. given the price, though, this is absolutely a solid choice and i am very happy with it. it's also very tall, i feel like i have a boxspring under me, which i am definitely not complaining about! i love a tall bed, it was just a little more than i was expecting based off the pictures. also, i'm not sure if its because of the headboard being wrong or the frame, or both, but i was not able to attach the headboard i had to this frame, so it's just propped up right now lol.

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a bed frame like this one from Amazon, but I feel like I definitely scored with this one! I bought it for my daughter, and she loves it. She has a small living space, and there’s plenty of room for storage underneath. The black finish on the metal was very evenly applied, so it was attractive as well as functional. The slat spacing is just wide enough that it doesn’t compromise the integrity of the mattress, so it’s easy to get a good night’s sleep on it. It was pretty easy to put together, and my daughter moved the box inside on her own. The weight is such that it was easy to move around, even after we placed the mattress on top. If you are contemplating this purchase, I say go for it!

This bed frame was so easy to put together and took about 20 minutes for one person to do. It also folks in half so it is so easy to move it when needed.The previous need frame I ordered from Amazon was so wiggly and constantly coming loose and falling apart. This one is much better made, thick metal and sturdy. No need for a box spring at all. Just my mattress and it's very comfortable.I have seen some reviewers say that they are afraid of stubbing their toes, but I have not had that issue. In all fairness, all bedframes have legs and corners, so it could be possible with any. These ones are thicker than others I have had but that is what made this frame sturdy and the best one I have purchased so far. Worth getting.

I was pleasantly pleased when I was putting this together. I am a 76 year old lady and put it together by myself. It was too heavy for me to move by myself, but once it is where you want to assemble it, it is easy, easy. And talk about strong...there is no concern at all about holding up anyone. It has no headboard, but I put up against the wall and put decorative pillows at the top and the bed looks great now. If I ever want to move, it will be easy to disassemble. Just a few screws and it's not going anywhere. This was a great purchase for the money. Much better and cheaper and than the one I almost got from the mattress store (it was cheaply made, but cost more).
