Lingli Men's Belt,Ratchet Dress Belt with Automatic Buckle Brown/Black-Trim to Fit-35mm wide

I have been wearing ratchet belts for years now. I am short and round at 5’6” and 270. As I’ve gained weight over the years, standard belts didn’t work for me anymore. If you’re short and fat, you know what I mean. When you sit down your stomach expands at least 3 or 4 inches. Enter the ratchet belt. What a great innovation! I can easily release it when I sit down and cinch it up when I stand up. They have made all the difference in the world for me as far as comfort goes. Love them! It is hard to find different colors and styles in the largest size of most manufacturers. I bought some off white pants and wanted a light tan, sharp looking belt to go with them. I looked forever and stumbled across this brand in the light tan with the open silver buckle which I also like. It looks great with my light colored chinos and shorts. It looks like an expensive, well made leather belt. I like the pebbled leather effect and the double stitching on the edges and most of all the color. I was concerned that it would not be long enough as I have a 52 to 54” waist. It fits fine with a couple inches to spare. 🙂. I’ve only worn it a few times, so I can’t comment on the quality yet, but so far, so good 👍. It looks sharp and fits a 54” waist. I’m very happy I found it.

The buckle is 100% metal, the spring is good (not too strong or weak), and the belt portion is a 2-part stitched leather with plastic ratchet teeth. It's a nice 1-3/8" size for thinner loops on some suit pants that can't quite take a 1-1/2" belt.

If you find yourself needing to tighten your belt frequently, then a ratchet belt is definitely the way to go.. Increments are about 1/4 inch whereas regular belts are often one inch. Belt has to be trimmed to your needs so you need to be careful not to over trim. The snap device that locks in the trimmed end sometimes comes loose. After about a year, the stitching on the belt became frayed and the layers of the belt separated requiring a glue job. Overall, this style of belt is vastly superior to the standard belt, but do your research to find the best quality consistent with your budget.

This is not leather. It's fake. But it's very durable. It doesn't bend weird, or stretch weird. Pro: 1. Buckle is so smooth. I bought couple of other belt like this that adjust on rail, and this is by far the best, smoothest one ever. 2. It's not leather, so no scruff marks, but doesn't look cheap. 3. Cognac and the brown is right on point with the colors and matches my shoes perfectly. 4. Brushed chrome look is very nice. 5. Chrome doesn't look that bad either. 6. Unlike other belts, it curves my waist out of the box because how it was wrapped. 7. Packaging was done well. 8. Adjustment size are listed on the back side of the belt for cutting with size listed and they're fairly accurate. I'd cut it with little more room though. 9. Have yet to have the belt buckle come undone. This was a big thing for me, because others just came undone and once that happens, you can't hold it unless you cut off little bit of the belt. 10. Buckle mechanism, again, is flawless. Cons 1. It's not leather. I'm not sure how long this will last until flakes, but the first belt I bought was so good, I'll look over this. Buy it for work. Cognac color is dead-on with cognac shoes. Brown is dead-on with Cole Hann shoes. Black... well, black shoes.

I am not a fan of reviews. So, I only write them if something is really bad, or, like in this case, is really good. I was not sure how a ratcheting belt would work and hold. It has been over 5 months now. I have become addicted to this belt. I love it so much I am considering buying a couple more of them to last me the rest of my life. The ratchet system is fantastic. No need to suck my belly to hook it. It adjusts by a small fraction of an inch rather than by 3/4 of an inch at a time to reach the next hole. Whenever needed, I can tighten or loosen the belt so discreetly while sitting down or standing up, I don't even have to lift my shirt. The best thing about it though is that there is no hook to start deforming the holes under stress and there is no hooking and unhooking to form ugly crack lines from the hole to the edges of the belt. After 5 months of continuous use, the blet looks as new as the day it arrived. The ratchet notches show no sign of any wear. I would strongly recommend this belt to every man, especially those like me who are well endowed at the belly.

Bought it to match a blue suit with a similarly brown pair of shoes. Belt comes in a sleeve to protect it. Buckle is plastic wrapped for packaging and comes with a small felt like bag for storage. Good looking buckle and belt for a little flash in your suit fit. I haven't worn it out and about yet but it feels sturdy and secure. I dont forsee any issue but will update if it falls apart on me! Assembly and fitting is easy. It is super adjustable so get the size range that covers your pants waist size and you'll be perfectly fine.

Most impressed with the beauty of this belt. Even more stunning in person than in the picture, and I am more than pleased with the make of the buckle.
