Fast Wrap 18-20mm Long Nylon Band Replacement for Timex Expedition SPORT 1 PIECE WATCH BAND

I purchased this band after searching for quite a while. A previous band I received had no spring bars or instructions. I had to return it. This is the best watchband I have ever had! It is lightweight, yet sturdy. Instructions are included as well as spring bars. It took only a few minutes to to replace and is extremely comfortable. If you have a larger wrist or would like extra room, this band is for you. It is easily adjustable and very comfortable. It has velcro on nearly the entire band, not just the ends, which make finding a comfortable setting a breeze. I loved it so much, I bought a second one to keep as a backup. Hard to believe such great quality for such a small price. I have purchased from two different sellers, the second, Watchbandland had better packaging and offered more assistance with the product. Highly recommend this band, especially if you are looking for a larger size band, your search is over.

This is the watch I used with this band: Timex Men's T20041 Easy Reader Brown Leather Strap Watch Although I liked the look and function of the watch originally, the leather strap wasn't superbly comfortable, the holes in the leather didn't provide me with quite the right fit, and I found the process of putting on and removing the watch a little cumbersome (this last point is obviously not at all unique to this watch, It just happens that for any watch I wear, I to have to remove and put it back on a few times a day). I decided to try this watch based on the reviews and have been happy with it since day 1. It's easy to set the watch on the band, you just thread a piece of velcro through the spring bars and attach it to the inside of the band. The band has separate sections so that you can cut off the excess without fear of the whole thing coming apart (though I held a flame to the end anyway just to be safe). It is extremely comfortable, and obviously extremely easy to adjust. I was initially afraid that the plastic buckle would be weak, but it soon became clear that it is very sturdy indeed. I highly recommend.

Only 4 stars as it's too new to judge durability. Very comfortable and adjustable, keeps my trousers up without a clunky buckle.

This watch band is advertised as 18mm-20mm. The watch I am using the band on is 18mm. I have struggled to find an 18mm velcro watch band anywhere and was worried about how this band could fit both sizes. Well, it doesn't and shouldn't be advertised as 18mm. I ended up just modifying (in other words trimming the sides) of the strap where the watch is supposed to fit and it works fine, but it's really for a 20mm watch. That being said, with the modification, it works fine, is comfortable, and is a good deal price-wise. I'm basically happy with the purchase since I was having such a difficult time finding exactly what I wanted in my local brick and mortar stores.

The band itself is slightly wider than my watch 'pins' , but it has a velcro strap that secures the watch onto the band. At the attachment point, there is a weak area (only 3/16" wide on each side) that looks like it would break easily. Alas, the band has stood up to excessive wear and tear and still looks great ! The band is 12 inches long, so it should fit people with large wrists adeptly. We trimmed about 1 inch off for a perfect fit.

Band it OK but pins that hold it to watch are too small and they don't even work, Normally pins (spring bars) have a spring action that locks them in place. The pins that come with this watch band to do not. No spring action at all plus pin they are too small.

Excellent band. I have large wrists and this fits beautifully and is easily adjustable. I bought a second one as backup. This is by far my favorite watchband to date.

Really well designed velcro strap

Having searched high and low on the high street and internet for a timex original quick release replacement strap for my timex expedition watch I could not find any, so i ordered this along with a leather strap from Milano. Unfortunately I needed to replace my strap quickly and found that this strap was a bit too long for my wrist, so the leather strap won. However I have realised that the strap can be shortened but did not want to rush it and botch it, so I have kept this as a back up.
