These bagels were stiff, chewy and did not have a lot of flavor. I won't buy them again.

Something is very wrong with this company do not buy these!!
I’ve bought these before and they used to be fresh and wonderful. Packed in airtight containers with a little note about how to reheat them. This time, they came shoved into a box that seemed to be meant for something else, Completely stale and rockhard, and perhaps the wrong kind —I think they are cinnamon raisin but who knows; these things are paperweights. Something is very wrong with this company do not buy these!!

Horrible bagels. Packaged inadequately, burnt bagels. Priced like quality bagels but weren't. Seller refused to refund me. Amazon should not do business with this seller.

Bagel was good, but shipped very sketchy
Ordered a few New York bagels to try, Arrived in a reasonable amount of time, They were shipped in a regular usps box in a generic peel and close bag. Not sure if this is a cost cutting measure or some weird New York rule…. Bagel was good but will not order again due to shipping style.
