These thigh trimmers work amazingly well. I’m paralyzed and don’t get to move as much, but they still help me sweat and feel supported. They fit perfectly on my big thighs (I’m about 240 lbs.), and they stay in place. The Velcro is strong and does not just pop open. They are easy to put on and i love the pink and black color (my favorite colors) Absolutely worth it.

I would give this 5 stars but I have one issue. I have purchased two pairs and with both sets I have noticed that the velcro tends to stop working after a couple months. Also, the inside material start to tear and gets holes. The wraps work great and do exactly what they say, but they don't seem to have a very long usage period until they need to be replaced.

Large was the only size available when I order😞. And, I was concerned that the large wouldn't be large enough. I have thunder thighs! But they fit perfectly, with room to spare. I see results already from only using twice! I love live these! The rubber is sturdy not cheap or foil-plastic thin. It's made with same quality as an expensive waist trainer. My sister and I always purchase one another the same great finds. I will purchase her a pair now that I've tried, tested and true! I'm very excited about this purchase!!

Disclaimer: There are several reports and studies which suggest these type of body fat trimmers only really reduce water weight. Although their intention is to burn body fat, there isn’t really a way to target body fat for weight loss. The body burns only whats stored first: which means we would have to do a full body workout to see results of any kind. That being said— Actual Review: They’re good. Not ‘amazing.’ But they’re good for the job. They feel comfortable enough to wear while working out. I only use these for interval and cardio training, which is when they’re most effective. The idea is to retain heat, so I’ll always wear sweat pants over these. I can feel the heat almost immediately. However, make sure to tighten it enough so they don’t slip off during the workout. You’re gonna be sweating. These things on occasion creeped down my knees when doing plyometrics. Not sure if this is how all leg trimmers are like, but just be mindful. And conversely, don’t tighten it so hard that you can’t flex your muscles. The idea is that they’re firmly wrapped, they shouldn’t restrain you from movement. Also, they’re a little noisy when your thighs press against each other. But that’s to be expected, don’t be embarrassed. Overall, they’re good to have as supplementary to your fitness plan. Just remember they’re not ‘the’ solution. These things really only reduce water weight. Use these to layer up to induce additional heat. You still have to do full body workouts to see any kind of results.

Where have you been all my life? Since I tend to overheat easily, I am not a fan of sauna suits. So when I ran across these on Amazon I thought I would give them a try. I am not disappointed!! You will get really sweaty so wear leggings on top of these. I already see a significant difference in my thighs after less than two weeks of wearing (I do cardio 5 days a week). **update June 14, 2023** Have had these xl’s for almost a month and my thighs are visibly smaller and my pants are not as tight in the thigh area. My thighs no longer touch when pedaling or standing. Recently I noticed when wearing shorts, after 45 minutes on the bike they start to slip to my knees. So until I order a smaller size I will wear leggings.

Okay. So I really really liked the material of these thigh trimmers. When I sticked them on they were really making my thigh area warm up and sweat which never happens and I was thrilled! But than ... they came sliding down! Wouldn't stay up at all if there was any sweat or workout enhanced gel on it. I can't do any cardio activity with them without having to fix them every couple minutes from sliding! So.... instead of returning them ans going through the hassle... I am just going to use them for my strength training excercises that involve me laying down to activate my thighs. Really disappointed.
