Recieved the simcard and after setting it up and adding credit to the account this is when the problems started. First i had issues with viewing the CDR details page with no data usage being visiable caused me to up my package to the unlimited package. This is the main issue even though i have the unlimited package it is still using my credit this has now used all my credit and has blocked the sim even though i have paid for the unlimited package which isnt cheap. Support keep opening cases but they fall to nothing and the issue is still present.
