Very sturdy and comfortable to grip. For me the tongs serve double duty - I am short so frequently use these to pull items from a kitchen shelf I can’t reach. They grip well, are strong and don’t flex with weight of item I am getting down. They perform every other kitchen function they are intended for with no issues. Perfect for me. At first I thought the price was high, but with the enhancement of silicone tips and that they are well constructed I don’t feel the price is out of line.

wow the silicone heads are solid and don't move, like other brands. It is worth the extra money to get a great product. It has solid construction. and it's the perfect size.

Well made shorter tong non metal tips for no scratches on pots & pans, very strong grips

The tongs are excellent quality. However, the angel of the tongs is off. They meet only at the tip. One can grab only a small amount at the tip. The other part is too far apart to grab a tong full of fries, etc.

I gave this 9 inch tongs to my husband as a Christmas gift. He really likes how useful it is. It is highly durable, easy to clean and easy to use. It is great value for the price.

Save yourself time, money and angst. Don’t purchase the no name brands-they simply don’t last. This ones are extremely well-made to OXO’s standards. They cost a bit more (the cheap ones you get 3 to OXO’s 1), however, the 3 from the cheaper brand all broke within a year. I purchased 2 of these, and they look the same as the day I purchased them. Great quality. Definitely recommend.

The perfect size for setting on the side of a frying pan and turning the food without struggling with the larger version of these.

The 600f high temp and silicone head is excellent.
