Nearly miraculous blister management
My son badly blistered his ankles on a 10mile hike. Ordered these. They help a great deal! Early removal sticks and that hurts to remove. That said, a few days later when the blisters were still painful, we went on a 20 mile hike. These patches were amazing, allowed 20miles without pain, and then peeled off easily at the end. I strongly recommend these; the 20 mile hike was possible without worsening the blisters!

Highly recommend for preventing and recovering from painful blisters!
I purchased Dr. Frederick's Original Better Blister Bandages when I had a large sand blister on the bottom of my foot, and they worked really well. The extra cushioning provided excellent protection, reducing pain while walking and preventing further irritation. The bandages are water-resistant, so I could wear them while washing my feet or in light moisture without them coming off. They stayed securely in place and helped speed up recovery by keeping the blister protected. The variety pack is useful, offering different sizes for toes, heels, and larger areas. Overall, these bandages are high-quality, comfortable, and effective. They are especially helpful for anyone dealing with blisters from hiking, running, or friction-prone shoes. Pros: - 40% more cushioning for comfort - Water-resistant and durable - Variety of sizes for different areas - Helps prevent and heal blisters Cons: - Slightly pricier than regular bandages, but worth it for protection Highly recommend for preventing and recovering from painful blisters!

Soft gel protection!
Pros: They were good size/coverage! I got the ankle strips and the long oval strips. The protection behind my ankle did well! They stayed on with my heels for the most part. Cons: The long oval strips I applied over my toe areas to prevent blisters kept peeling off and crumpling up under my heel. Good thing they’re nude and it was dark in the club because It was embarrassing how they kept peeling off and sticking up! And when they did stay, they would crumple up lose place. And the end of the night they were just stuck to my heels. I had to carefully peel them off my heels so it wouldn’t ruin my shoes. Overall: 4/5. I didn’t get any blisters but I did have some pain in my toe area bc of the loss of protection. I would buy the ankle stickers again but not the long oval strips.

Heel Protection AND Healing
So, I had some torn up heels that had healed - or so I thought - and decided to walk around in some stiff Dr. Martens. Apparently, my heels looks fine, but the skin was still extremely fragile and within a few blocks of walking a half inch of my heel skin had peeled completed back and it was GHASTLY. Also, quite painful. These go over the damaged skin and are kept on for two days. They are waterproof and I showered with them on. They keep the open wound covered so it can heal faster (and WOW did it heal faster) and also protects it from dirt that might get in it or accidental dings. The material on the bandages has a good spring and cushion to it, so it truly does keep your heels from rubbing against or taking pressure from any shoes you're wearing. I'd wear these to break in Dr. Martens in the future, even if I don't have a current wound. They aren't cheap and I wish they were a little cheaper, but they work so well that I can't honestly complain. I continued to use these after my heels were "healed" but the skin was still extremely tender, so that I wouldn't have a repeat of my last mistake.
