Except cost, everything is acceptable
The pag is really comfortable, the strap sits snugly on the shoulder, the size is comfortable, it can carry most basic daily things without bulging, like mobile, keys ,a small booklet purse, it has zip on one compartment but that's not wide enough to hold notes, small problems that can easily be overlooked given the design, compactability, ease of use and style. Only real downside is the price, given it's made in India, it must be more budget friendly.
