Snow Shovel

This shovel is small but mighty. It is very sturdy and compact, but works as well as a full size shovel. Great shovel to put in the back of your car just in case you ever need it. I highly recommend it for anyone living in area that gets snow.

Only issue I have noticed is paint chipping off the tip after weeks worth of use.

I bought this as an emergency tool to go in my trunk, and I was glad to have it when I got stuck in the snow a couple weeks ago. The snow had been packed into ice, and this shovel worked right through to the pavement. It was easy to assemble and disassemble, and it was just what I needed. It would be nice to have a carrying case, but that's not an important feature. This shovel does exactly what I bought it to do.

I was sent by my employer to a natural disaster where snow levels were 12 to 14 feet deep. I had only 48 hours notice. It showed up on time and it was, and is, truly compact. (I honestly wanted the yellow or red shovels, but they were not readily available in the time I had). It strapped to my backpack with the additional purchase of some “ring dings”(split rings). I kept the shovel in its compact form primarily for leverage, and it is the champ! I could really let it fly! It was the envy of everyone who saw it. Light weight. Easily adaptable. Happy to have it in my arsenal of emergency supplies now! If you purchase a small nylon bag for it, it will store very easily under a car seat or the boot (trunk) of your car with the handle detached. A must have item if you’re ever in a snow environment!!!

This shovel might be good if you need a lightweight emergency shovel for the car. It is not a backpacking shovel for mountaineering. We dug a snow cave on Mt Rainier on a Scout trip and the shovel survived for 4 hours before it died of a broken handle and neck.

Good for emergencies

Great tool to have in your arsenal for winter driving! Got stuck a couple times and this came in handy and got me out quick vs shoveling with your hands! Its metal too so able to do some heavier work with it!
