Spal Fan Harness With Relay (40 Amp)

Used this kit to cure a common problem on s197 Mustangs. Power wire on fan got burnt up in the fuse box and decided to run an external relay. It comes with instructions and high quality parts to get the job done. I bypassed the PCM and grounded it so the fan comes on with accessory. Great kit for a good price.

Works well for my spal fan. Bought a no name one for comparison and these wires were beefier so kept this one.

As some other people have said this harness is everything you need and of great quality. I was really surprised when I unboxed this harness. Everything is of the highest quality right down to lettering on all the wires to make sure each one is identifiable. I was also surprised to see how long the power wires were for the battery and the fans. I expected maybe five feet but I was amazed as I rolled out ten feet of wire. I ended up cutting off so much that I was able to use it for two other projects. Every connector and terminal was included as well. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to use a fan relay on their next project.

I purchased this wiring harness to control power to an electric auxiliary fan for my A/C condenser in my truck. The kit includes just about everything you’ll need: Relay Wiring Harness Inline 30 and 40 Amp fuse Fan pigtail Electric crimp connectors The relay is excellent quality and has a waterproof quick connect plug for the wiring harness. The provided wires are very thick and great quality. Even the provided electrical crimp connects are nice and are the heat shrink style. I highly recommend this kit to everyone.

Usually I prefer to made my own relay harness by myself to be sure I will install perfect and high quality wire and correct gauge, and because I don’t trust market harness.. but I bought one set of spal harness to check it quality.. Honestly I was shocked how it’s awesome quality and perfect made..!! I believe I wist my time and money to made my old harness.. so this is my third order to replace All my old relay harness with spal relay harness.. so I bought 7 sets..!!

Real over kill for my 164 scooter, using it for a 4 in spal fan to help cool the engine.

Good quality

I'm a bit mixed on this. The relay and harness are great and I would re-use that part. The included inline fuse however was complete junk, and failed and melted the entire case around it, almost costing me my engine.
