Wonderful help I can sleep all night no leg cramps.
They really work I haven't had leg cramps since I started taking them. Easy to swallow and no side effects.

Helps a lot, even though not a cure.
After using it for 3 weeks - it reduces cramps; fewer, less intense, shorter lasting. Not a cure, but definitely something I'm going to keep using as long as it continues to work. Only side effect is that I sleep somewhat better. If only there were a standard medical treatment for leg cramps - but there isn't (I asked my doctor).

Quinine
It's definitely a good product. My restless legs at night are no longer a problem. I'm so glad that my doctor advised me to try quinine.

Would not recommend
This product gave me lots of GI side effects. I couldn’t figure it out at first. But then I spoke with my doctor and found out this is something that should be taken everyday long term. A few days after discontinuing, my GI side effects improved greatly. Additionally, it did not provide relief for my restless leg syndrome.

Product works
I've had issues with leg and arm cramps over the last 10 yrs until I tried this product. I was amazed how taking one capsule a day for one month totally stopped these cramps. Easy to swallow, great value for your money.

chest pain
Why did this give me massive chest/heart pain? It got rid of my rosacea/dermatitis though as an immunomodulator. I guess people stopped using it because it can cause heart failure, so they invented hydroxychloroquine.
