Affordable easy to assemble
Gives you a good workout most definitely,be patient with the hydraulic resistance it may take a few times before you are up to 20 to 30 minutes, especially if you have not worked out in a while like me.

Disappointed
The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because I don’t feel like I received what I ordered. The picture and actual item are not the same. The handle bars are not the same. The front bar does not adjust as pictured. The name on the machine is even different. I feel I received a lesser quality machine than what I actually paid for.

FIX/EDIT The Instruction Manual!
The instructions were very hard to follow! There is a hydraulic portion of the machine under the seat that doesn’t even show up in the instruction manual.

Does what it says.
I tried this out for the first time this evening for 15 minutes. Can definitely feel where it works. So far I love it.

Not totally what I ordered!
The pedals are different and the handle bar does not adjust like it is suppose to. I have to reach to get to the handle bar and it is harder to do with having to reach so far....
