Amazing design; excellent quality; relatively easy install.
2026-04-06: Amazing design; excellent quality; relatively easy install. I replaced the Aeron caster wheels with The Office Oasis roller-bladed-like wheels. There was one tension cable not attached and the written-text instructions were not helpful. The QR link to video installation helped but again was missing the tension cable install component. I had to go to Herman Miller / Aeron web site to find the correct installation instructions with pictures / videos.

Really selling a chair made in 4/27/2007
Where was that in your add? This is the semi-removed label from underneath my $800 chair. No response from you or Amazon……chair works ok, but honestly 2007, almost 17yrs old & you can tell it’s used!!! This is a disgusting & deceitful marketing. Now what guys??????

Broken and used product
No. The plastic housing is broken underneath. And this looks like a used item as well and it’s not mentioned anywhere on the product. I am going to return it.

Perfect for me and my veri-desk
I find my self standing more since I can leave my desk in a high position. If I want to sit down I can without modifying the height of my desk. Perfect pair. I still have my 15 year old Hermann Miller chair so I hope this one has the same durability built in.
