Very helpful for occasional upset stomach/diarrhea

By far, the best brand of ‘slippery elm’ I have given my dog. Every dog parent should keep this product in their arsenal of canine first aid products. Given at the first sign of stomach upset, this products aids in digestion. I sprinkle a small amount on top of my dog’s food. Easy to administer, no strong odors.

When my pup got sick earlier this year, the vet put him on slippery elm bark to keep "things" moving. She told us we could keep him on it all the time or a couple times a week depending on his G.I. track. We have chosen to keep him on slippery elm bark, but we went with this product. Work great. We can tell if he hasn't had it in too long of a time frame. After a day or two of getting him back on it he's much better.

4 stars because I noticed a difference in my cats kitty krunchies within 2 days so I’m sure it works for most! I just happen to have a bigger issue at hand with my furry friend!

I was a bit nervous ordering this because it didn’t show much of what’s in the box or how to use it. I am posting some pictures of the actual product for those who are interested. There was no instructions on how to feed or use the powder so i had to watch some youtubes but all good from there. My dog who is a 65 lb poodle has had a chronic diarrhea for over a month now and has been on antibiotics and bland diet for over a month. You name it and I have tried it. Dewomers, Probiotics, all kinds of pumpkins, 4 kind of enzymes, other mix of prebiotics and probiotics, bernes perfect poop, kefir, etc. the list goes on and on. Nothing has worked. Hope this works. So far, i am very happy with the product because it shows a very good quality when the powder is mixd with water. It is very gooey as it should be and the color is excellent. I mix a teaspoon with a spoonful of water and feed it to him with a syringe which is easy enough. I will keep you posted on results. Update on 3/12/2023: so i have been giving it to him two times daily each one 2 hours after a meal and 1 hour before the next meal. Unfortunately for him, this one didn’t perform any miracles. It does help a little to get out of diarrhea. It just doesn’t stop him from pooping loose stool. I will continue to use it for few more weeks and continue to search for better solutions.

Our dog has an immune condition and he has to take some medication for it. Some of the medication side effects is diarrhea and stomachache. After we started give him slippery elm has been a big change. It worths what you pay for it. I wish the company changes the container for something more sustentable. The cardboard box container is the new thing.

Product gave my girl diarrhea. I read the review before I purchased and I am sure this is helping certain people but not for my dog. She eats actual slippery elm on my neighbor's hedge. It soothed her well. Now it's out of the season and don't know what I can do for her since this thing didn't work.

I was shocked how fast my dog made an improvement when I added slippery elm to her food. Been great.
