That was the first thing I noticed but they still take off your makeup. You just have to be gentle since the wipes are not very wet.

A bit dry
I looked up the reviews because I got these wipes for Christmas and wanted to make sure they wouldn't break out my face. I agree with the reviews saying that they are dry. That was the first thing I noticed but they still take off your makeup. You just have to be gentle since the wipes are not very wet.

Almost dry
Horrible. The pads are barely wet. They are not even wet enough to take off my makeup. What a waste of money.
