Worked well for me. Quick and easy. I just wish they had a better selection of colors. I usually get just a dark brown which they don't offer so I got the "brownish black" and it's REALLY dark. I may have to get something else for the summer and save this for next winter.

I have used this product for years. I had asked my hair dresser when I started having to cover some grey coming out of my hair but I wanted the safest kind to use on my fine hair. He told me this kind is as innocuous as I can get. I find it easy to use and safe to use on my eyebrows too (just use a fine paint brush). It will last 3 weeks but less if you go out in the sun a lot. I use it for my husband too as he does not want to look too much older than me!

We really like this brand of hair coloring creams because it acts quickly, colors richly, and is easy to apply. You can moderate the darkness of the coloring by letting the mixed creams "sit" before applying to your hair and also, by allowing it to remain on your hair for more than the prescribed 10 minutes. Since the creams come in capped tubes, you can moderate the quantity used, especially if you have short hair. That can help you save money in the long run. We consider this brand to be a great value because of its lower price compared to other hair coloring kits and because we can moderate the quantity used.

I've been at battle with my "stubborn grays" since my twenties- and about 15 years ago, after spending $85+ tip to have my grays colored to match the rest of my hair only for the wiry white strands to reject the color 24 hours later for THE LAST TIME, an internet search pulled up a blogger with the same issue that Bigen powder permanent hair color solved. Every 3-4 weeks since, I've ritually applied it to my roots and saved myself around $20k to date. I decided to give this version of Bigen a whirl a couple of weeks ago: It works faster, applies more effectively (with the other one sometimes I would miss some spots), it is much more conditioning (it is like a vaseline consistency v. a squirty watery dripping gel-paste), and I have noticebly less hair fallout after rinsing it out in the shower. One package also covers twice as much hair as the other version, and it is much easier to use portions of the package so now I can do a little touch-up on just my part and the roots over my forehead in 10 minutes. My greys accept this just as well and I get a better result in less time!

Very easy to use. Does not stain the skin. Also doesn't burn skin like other brands do. A little pricey. You do have to leave it on a little longer than the instructions say if you want very good coverage of all the grey hairs.
